Abstract: This talk will present a general overview of the Lotus User Experience Group inside IBM's Software Group and discuss areas of design focus and research.

Short Bio: Chris Paul is the Design Director of the IBM/Lotus User Experience Group. The Lotus UX Group is an eclectic mix of product designers, user-interface engineers, user researchers and visual designers collaborating daily to design and build innovative software solutions for the enterprise and mid-market. Chris holds an MFA in Design from the Yale School of Art and has over 12 years of experience designing web, desktop and mobile applications in the collaboration, messaging, application development and portal markets.
