Abstract: “A Journey Into the Future” is a phrase that I like to use when referring to the students that I teach at all levels in the university. The individual learner embarks on a journey that they believe will help them get better as individuals and as members of society. At the end of their period of study, with enormous knowledge in the field they choose, it has always made me very delighted celebrating the Sharpened Saws that I took time to prepare as an instructor.

As an analytical educator in the world of computing, I have used my capability and experience in university learning environments especially balancing research with classroom and administrative responsibilities. Over the years, I have been passionate in mentoring and uplifting women and girls in the STEM field both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Additionally, through the skills I have acquired over the years, I have dedicated time to expanding the collective knowledge base through new, fresh, interesting studies either as an individual or in collaboration with my students and colleagues. This has led me to writing and publishing in multiple journals and have presented in conferences within my field.

As a productive instructor with a proven track record of successful teaching, learning, instruction and assignment implementation, I have continuously managed to produce quality outcomes through leadership and team motivation of my students, colleagues and peers. Hence, I try to always endeavor to work with my team members to determine the best fit in order to provide excellent service.

Lastly, as a detail oriented educator, I am adept at making critical decisions, managing deadlines and conducting team reviews based on my experience in problem-solving skills, dedicated to institutional growth and improvements.
