Biography

I am a computer scientist who works on graph analysis and machine learning. My research largely focuses on networked computing systems, on top of the understanding of mathematical and statistical methods, in conjunction with application areas. My application areas include computer science issues (e.g.,  computing system operations), as well as interdisciplinary domain sciences like computational biology (e.g., gene expression and protein interface) and computational physics (e.g., neutronics and molecular dynamics). My current primary appointment is at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. I have collaborated with Dr. Xipeng Shen and Dr. Raju Vatsavai in the computer science department at North Carolina State University.
