CSC Faculty Promotions & Appointments Announced

The Department of Computer Science at NC State University is pleased to announce the following faculty promotions and appointments, effective August 16, 2011.
 
Dr. Laurie Williams is promoted to Full Professor. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Utah in 2000. Her research interests include agile software development methodologies and practices, collaborative/pair programming, and software reliability and testing (particularly of secure applications). For more information on Dr. Williams, click here.
 
 
 
  
 
 
 
 
 
Dr. Xuxian Jiang is reappointed for a second term as Assistant Professor. He received his Ph.D. from Purdue University in 2006. His research interests include virtual machines and security. For more information on Dr. Jiang, click here.
