What I plan to do after graduation: This summer, I interned with WillowTree in their Durham office, and I hope to return to industry exploring full stack development and machine learning.
Why I Love Computer Science: I first fell in love with programming through video games. As a kid, I taught myself how to add modifications to games and set up servers for my friends and I to play on. It was so fascinating to me how code could bring to life any idea I imagined in my head. In high school, I joined my school's web development team where I experienced ways in which Computer Science could be used to help teachers and students in my community, and I decided I wanted to study programming to bring positive change to the world.
