What I plan to do after graduation: Computer Science has a very diverse job field and I am interested in lots of different career concentrations such as game design, project management, and data analyzing. I haven't decided on anything specifically but I'm excited for all the possibilities!

Why I Love Computer Science: I joined NCSU as an Exploratory Studies student and took my very first computer science class over the summer after my freshman year. I absolutely loved it because it's the perfect combination of problem solving and creativity. I like that you can find multiple solutions for implementing one program, especially since everyone's brain thinks through coding differently and it's fascinating to see the differences in others' final code based on the same instructions. What's great about computer science is that it can be utilized in so many different industries. The job field is constantly growing and has so many great opportunities, especially right here in Raleigh. I've really enjoyed pushing myself further in computer science here at NC State. I never lose the thrill of finally completing one of my programs and seeing it succeed.
