Dr. Tao Xie, associate professor of computer science at NC State University, has been awarded supplemental funding by the National Science Foundation (NSF) to support his research proposal titled “II-EN: Infrastructure Support for Software Testing Research.” This $16,000 supplement brings the total funding for this project to $279,000, and extends the award period to May 31, 2013.Abstract - The objective of this project is to prepare artifacts for cloud open source projects to enhance the existing Software-artifact Infrastructure Repository (SIR), a repository established under prior NSF support to facilitate experimentation..
