Mike Huska is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Incential Software, an industry leader in dynamic calculations of incentive compensation pay for life science companies. Mike assisted in the launch of Incential Software in 1998 and continues to serve as the company’s CTO. Incential Software performs data integration of pharmaceutical products and then derives the calculations for incentive compensation. The company sets itself apart from its competitors by delivering results using a suite of data driven software that supports the dynamic aspects of Sales Performance Management and Customer Data Integration in Bio-Pharmaceutical organizations.
Before working with incentive compensation, Mike led the design, implementation, and installation of many automated storage and retrieval systems for companies such as Kodak, John Deere, and the United States Department of the Navy. He created the software, currently holding the software design patient flow algorithm (5,974,389), for All Script's flagship product called HealthMatics®. Later, he designed and implemented a chemical and machine tracking system for Lucent Technologies along with re-designing and implementing a system for Cree’s manufacturing that hands-off goods and materials to three different countries.
Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University in 1989. While attending the university, he involved himself with the community through service projects as an active member of the service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega. After graduating, he continued working on service projects through the Raleigh Jaycees where he met his wife. They have two lovely children and continue to serve the community through their church and ministry works.
