Graduate Program - Costs/Financial Aid Opportunities
Computer Science Graduate Programs award a limited number of Teaching Assistantships to incoming students. PhD applicants and MS applicants with exceptional merit are given consideration for a TA once admissions decisions are made. There is no special form required to be considered for an assistantship. Research Assistantships are generally awarded to continuing students by individual professors.
An assistantship places the student in the Graduate Student Support Plan. It provides full tuition coverage, health insurance, and a stipend. The value of the full assistantship package exceeds the university's estimate of student living expenses. For more information please check the following Web pages:
