Bianca Woodard is the Business Services Coordinator in the Department of Computer Science at NC State University. She manages administrative and financial operations that support faculty, staff and students, including procurement, budgeting and daily business functions.

Prior to joining NC State, she served in the U.S. Army. In fall 2024, she received the Carla Savage Award, one of the College of Engineering’s highest staff honors.
