You can contact us via this web form: help@csc.ncsu.edu or if you cannot reach an IT staff member at their desk phone, you can reach them at their pager number (not at their personal cell phone or home phone.)
The pagers are available during normal business hours (8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday) and in emergency situations. Please visit our pager Web page to page one of our IT staf members (requires authentication)
