HW_3 Grading Scheme

- extensions to the input file format to support a minigolf course,
  a collection of up to eighteen separate minigolf holes (15)

- extensions to the minigolf program to allow players to complete each
  minigolf hole in a minigolf course in the order they are specified (15)

- ability for up to four players to simultaneously play minigolf holes
  in a minigolf course (20)

- scorecard that tracks the number of shots each player makes on each
  minigolf hole (15)

- dialog that describes each minigolf hole when it is presented to the
  players (10)

- high score table that lists the top ten players with the "best"
  scores (15)

- splash screen that presents a summary of your program (10)
