Vivien Joklik has served as John Deere's Vice President, Marketing and Order Fulfillment since 2001. In this role, she is responsible for the worldwide marketing of the $3.5B lawn and garden tractor, utility vehicle, compact tractor, commercial mowing, and golf and turf equipment portfolios. She is also responsible for the divisional asset management and worldwide logistics distribution.

Prior to joining John Deere, Joklik spent 13 years with Hasbro, Inc., where she held a variety of leadership and executive roles. Most recently, we served as Group Executive for Hasbro�s US Toys Strategy & Business Planning. Prior to Hasbro, she held leadership roles with Eastman Kodak/Verbatim Corp, Magnetic Media, and Sara Lee Corp.

Joklik holds a double major B.A. in Economics and German from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

In addition to her role on the Strategic Advisory Board, she is also actively involved with the Chapel Hill Service League, the University of North Carolina Kenan Flagler Marketing Advisory Board, and the Durham Academy Alumni Council Board.

Joklik resides in Cary with her daughter, Larissa.
