William B. Riddick is president and owner of Computer Service Partners, Inc. CSP provides comprehensive computer services to businesses and government agencies throughout North Carolina. These services include information technology consulting & design, network integration & support, security assessments & remediation, IP telephony solutions, web design & development, hardware maintenance, and hardware/software sales. CSP is a strategic business partner for companies such as Cisco, IBM, Microsoft, Novell, Symantec, and Veritas.

Prior to starting Computer Service Partners in 1995, Mr. Riddick spent 19 years with Memorex Telex Corporation. While working in various technical, marketing, and sales roles during his career, he spent his last five years as sales manager for North and South Carolina operations. Mr. Riddick also spent 18 months with Bay Networks Corporation before it was purchased by Nortel.

A native of Elizabeth City, Mr. Riddick holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from NC State University (1974) and a MBA degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1979).
