New Building Move

This Web page lists useful information and resources for assisting CSC faculty and staff with the move to the new building EB II. The move is set to occur into January 2006.

1. Office/lab assignments, locations, and projected moving days [pdf] [excel]
   Top priority is to have classrooms and teaching labs ready for the August 17th start of Fall semester. Research labs and offices may lag behind depending upon construction.

3. Moving box supply locations:
   • WITHERS HALL: 1st floor stairwell Northeast exit
   • DANIELS HALL: Room 131A
   • Venture III: Suite 165B outside Dr. Mayr's and Dr. Brglez's office
   • Venture I: Room 102
   • Monteith (EGRC): Open space next to 4th floor elevator
     
     Move labels may be found with the boxes or see Ginny.
4. New Building Move Problem Web Form:
   Use this online Web form to report questions/problems related to the move to EBII. This online form can be used prior to and after our move.
5. Online Directory Updates
   CSC Faculty and staff may update their online new office locations by Editing Your Profile here and then clicking on Update your Personal Bio.
