Graduate Program - Application Deadlines
Graduate Program deadlines for Computer Science are as follows:
International student application deadlines are January 1 for fall admission and August 15 for spring admission.
U.S. citizen application deadlines are February 1 for fall admission (April 1 if not seeking aid) and November 1 for spring admission.

Current students requesting admission through transfers from other departments at NC State or through co-major applications must complete the Request for Change of Degree Status or Curriculum form by the last day of fall exams for spring admission and June 1 for fall admission. See the admission specialist in the CSC graduate programs office for details.
Students who wish to be considered for fellowships (Dean's, Andrews PhD, Graduate Research, Provost's, and possibly others) must meet the January 1 application deadline. The latter two fellowship programs are available to international students. All admission applications submitted by January 1 will be considered for these fellowships with the nominations being made by the Admissions Committee and the DGP.
